New York Style Cheesecake -  A rich creamy filling on a buttery graham crackers crust baked to perfection and served with  your choice of fresh seasonal berries or a drizzle of luscious berry coulis.

No-bake cheesecake - Light, velvet and irresistibly smooth dessert with vanilla and a hint of lemon, set on a buttery biscuit base and finished with your choice of indulgence sauce, spread, cookies and or fresh fruits.

Sticky toffee pudding - Warm and indulgent dessert; moist date infused sponge cake drenched in a rich buttery toffee sauce served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and toppings of choice.

Cream caramel - Vanilla custard topped with a delicate layer of golden caramel with a balance of sweetness and creaminess.

Chocolate mousse - A velvety dessert made with premium dark chocolate finished with chocolate curls, balls, chocolate shavings or any choice of chocolate treats.
