1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling the custom order form on our website, sending us a DM on Instagram, or emailing us at info@pretapaigetreats.co.uk. For bespoke cakes, we recommend reaching out at least 4 - 6 weeks in advance, especially for large or tiered designs.
2. How much notice do you need for orders?
We ask for a minimum of 28days notice for custom/bespoke orders, wedding cakes, or larger events.
3. Do you offer delivery or is it collection only?
We offer collection from our London-based kitchen (postcode provided on confirmation), and local delivery within certain London postcodes for an additional fee. Delivery for wedding cakes and events is arranged and quoted separately.
4. Do you have a price list?
Because we create bespoke cakes tailored to your design, prices vary. Final quotes depend on size, flavour, design complexity, and extras like toppers or florals. Please refer to Cakes for more details.
5. What flavours do you offer?
We offer a delicious range of cake flavours. You can also request a custom flavour combination. See Cake section on this website.

6. Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
At this time, we do not cater to specific dietary requirements. However, we are actively working on expanding our menu and will update our menu as soon as suitable options become available.
Note our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please contact us before placing an order.

7. Can I send you inspiration pictures?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your inspiration photos, colour schemes, or event themes. We’ll create a unique design based on your brief. It's important to note that we do not copy other cake artists' work exactly, but we’ll match the vibe and style.
8. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date. Full payment is due no later than 28 days before your event. No order is confirmed until the deposit is received.
For events scheduled within 28 days or less, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
9. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 28 days before your event, your balance may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability). Refunds are issued for cancellations within 14days after booking.
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. (Detailed information about refunds are enclosed in our T&Cs during consultation.)
10. Do you offer wedding cake consultations or tastings?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations and tasting boxes for wedding clients. Tasting boxes include Six (6) signature flavours and are available to order for £35 excluding shipping/postal prices.

11. Do you ship your cakes or desserts?
At the moment, we do not offer postal shipping for cakes or desserts due to their fragile nature. Some treats (like cookies or brownies) as well as cake tasters are eligible for UK-wide delivery – enquire for options.
12. How should I store my cake?
All our cakes are best stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature 1–2 hours before serving and should be consumed within 72hours for maximum freshness. Keep away from direct sunlight or heat. We provide care instructions with every order.
14. Can I feature your cakes on social media or tag you?
Yes, please do! We love seeing our cakes out in the world. Tag us on Instagram @pretapaigetreats. We often repost our customers' photos and videos!
